Vivian Rose Co. is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for promptly retrieving and properly storing the package rests with the recipient.

Because macarons are perishable, customers should follow any storage instructions provided with the order or on our website.
